Our place is out at Plot No. 28 in Sector 25. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there’s always a lot of noise and heavy trucks moving through the gates. We’ve been operating here for a long time, and the building definitely shows its age. It’s a big, grey concrete structure with a heavy metal gate that we slide open every morning. Inside, it’s all about the machinery. We have a crew that works in shifts, so the floor is rarely silent. There’s the smell of metal and coolant in the air, which you get used to after a while. We don't have a fancy office; it’s just a small room with some old filing cabinets and a couple of desks where we handle the paperwork. Most of the real work happens out on the floor. We deal with raw materials and turning them into whatever the current orders require. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend half the day fixing a machine, but that’s just part of life here. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look to outsiders. It’s a practical workspace meant for production. We’ve got a good group of workers who’ve been here for years, and we just keep our heads down and get the job done. It’s hard, physical work, but it’s what we know how to do. The industrial fans keep the air moving, but it’s still a hot place to be during the summer months.
