Regal Estates

We are located over at J-4/16 in DLF City Phase III. It’s a pretty standard spot in the neighborhood. Regal Estates is basically just us helping people navigate the local housing scene. We’ve been in this area for a while, so we know the streets pretty well by now. It isn't a high-rise office or anything like that. It’s more of a local feel where you can just walk in and talk to us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at different spots in Phase III. The real estate market around here keeps us busy enough. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We don't have a bunch of polished scripts or corporate talk. We just tell people what we know about the houses and the land. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, which isn't the fun part, but it has to get done. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the hardest working thing in the office. We like being part of the DLF City community. It’s a nice area to work in, and we’ve met plenty of interesting people over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do a decent job for the folks who come to us. Sometimes we have to deal with the heat or the rain when we are out on those site visits, but that's just part of the job.
