Redwud Social Welfare Foundation

Our office is based in Redwood Residency over in Sector 78. We’re in Tower No-5, specifically unit G-09-3. It’s a straightforward spot in Faridabad. We aren't in one of those huge office parks. We prefer being here in a residential tower because it feels more like a community. The space is simple. We have our desks and a couple of filing cabinets. It’s where we handle all the social welfare paperwork and planning. It’s not always perfectly tidy, but that’s because we’re usually right in the middle of something. People in the building know us as the foundation folks. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who show up every day to do the work. The view from the tower is okay, mostly just other buildings and the streets of 121002. We don’t spend much time looking out the window though. There’s always something that needs fixing or a phone call to return. We keep the tone pretty casual around here. No suits or ties, just regular clothes and a focus on getting through the to-do list. It’s a practical way to run things. We like being in Faridabad; it’s got a grit to it that we appreciate. We just do our bit from G-09-3 and don't make a big fuss about it. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us.
