Raaj Unocal Lubricants Ltd. is situated out at the 40 Km Stone on Mathura Road. We are in the Jharsaintly area of Ballabhgarh, which is part of Faridabad. Being right on the highway like this means we see a lot of trucks and long-distance travelers passing by all day and night. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the main city, but we like the space it gives us. Our facility is a large one, and there is always something going on in the yard or the warehouse. The air can get a bit dusty with all the traffic on Mathura Road, especially in the dry months. We have been at this location for a long time, and the building has seen its fair share of seasons. Inside, it’s mostly just people doing their jobs and keeping the operations running. We don't have much time for fluff or polished presentations. The sounds of the highway are like background music for us now. Most of our workers live nearby in Faridabad or the surrounding villages. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is just on the daily tasks at hand. We have a small gatehouse where people check in before coming onto the property. Life at the 40 Km Stone is pretty straightforward and we just keep moving forward one day at a time, making sure things are done right before we head home for the night and do it all over again tomorrow.
