R R Estate

R R Estate is located inside the Sushant Shopping Arcade, specifically at 155-D in Sushant Lok Phase I. We are right near the Park Plaza, so it's a busy little corner of the city. The arcade has all sorts of shops, and we’ve been in our unit for a long time. It’s not a very big space, but it fits our desks and the few chairs we have for visitors. We spend our days tracking what's happening with the apartments and plots in Sushant Lok. It's a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls to keep everything straight. Since we are in the arcade, we get a fair amount of people just walking by and asking questions about the area. We aren't a big chain, just a local office that knows this specific neighborhood. The lights in the arcade can be a bit dim in the evenings, but we stay until the work is done. We have a lot of old folders from years of doing this. It's a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. We know the guards and the other shop owners around here pretty well. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just stay focused on the local property market and try to keep up with the changes. We’ve seen the shopping arcade get busier and busier.
