R D Real Estate is over in G Block of Palam Vihar. We are on the Sector Road, not too far from Ansal Plaza. It's a good area, and we’ve been working here for quite some time now. Our office is a simple one. We don't have fancy leather sofas or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some regular chairs. We focus on the properties around Palam Vihar because that’s what we know best. If someone asks about a place three towns over, we usually tell them we aren't the right people for that. We stick to our neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to the local residents and keeping an eye on which houses are coming up for rent or sale. The Sector Road can get pretty noisy with all the cars going toward the plaza, but we are used to it by now. We aren't polished sales people. We just tell you what we know about the houses, the water situation, and the electricity in the area. Sometimes we have a lot of files piled up on the desk, but we know where everything is. People come to us because we are right here in the block. We don't do big ads. We just try to be helpful when someone walks through the door looking for a place to live or work. It’s just how we run things every day in our little office.
