Psycotropics India Ltd. is located over in Sector 11, right at A-32 in the DLF area. If you’re looking for us, we’re quite close to where GE Motors is situated, which usually helps people find the turn-off. The area is fairly industrial and stays busy throughout the day with trucks and people coming and going. Our building is a straightforward structure that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, shelves, and people focusing on their specific jobs. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, seeing the area grow and change around us as new buildings go up. The rhythm of the workday is pretty consistent. We arrive early, get the lights on, and start working through whatever is on the schedule for that day. It isn't always exciting, but it’s steady work that keeps us all occupied. We don’t go in for big meetings or long speeches. Usually, if something needs to be said, we just walk over to the next desk and talk about it. It’s more of a family feel than a corporate one, even though we have a lot of moving parts to manage. Sometimes the traffic near the motors plant gets a bit heavy in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We just do what we do and try to keep things running smoothly without much drama or unnecessary complications.
