Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. We handle different kinds of property stuff, mostly just helping people find what they need without too much fuss. Being in a spot like this means we see a lot of what’s happening in the local market every day. It’s a practical location for us since it’s easy for people to find when they’re out doing errands. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at listings on the computer. It’s just a small team of us here. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. Usually, it’s just about sitting down and looking at the numbers to see what makes sense. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we like being in the middle of things. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare, but that’s just part of working near the Chowk. We’ve been at number 48 for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place.
