Property Solution

Property Solution has its home at Shop No 210 in the Sushant Shopping Arcade. We are on the upper ground floor in G Block, which is part of the Sushant Lok Phase I area. If you know where the Park Plaza Hotel is, then we are very easy to find as we are right near it. The arcade is a busy place with a lot of different businesses, but we have our little corner where we focus on property stuff. It’s a functional space with a few chairs and a table where we can spread out maps and documents. We spend a lot of time talking to owners and tenants, trying to keep track of who is moving where. The atmosphere in the arcade is usually quite friendly, and we know many of the other shop owners nearby. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us who actually live and work around here. Most days involve a lot of walking back and forth between the office and the various buildings in Sushant Lok. We try to keep our records updated and stay on top of the local news. It’s a steady kind of work, and we enjoy the daily interactions we have with the people who live in this part of town. If you happen to be at the arcade, you can usually find us at the shop.
