Property Linkers

Our place is at 7310 in Dlf City Phase 4. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking can be a headache some days. We’ve been running Property Linkers from here for a good bit of time now. The office is tucked away, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main strip. We mostly deal with the houses and apartments around this part of the city. People come to us when they are tired of looking online and want to talk to someone who actually knows the blocks. We spend a lot of time walking through buildings and checking out the plumbing or the views. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we’re just waiting around for a key that someone forgot to bring. We have a few desks and a computer that’s a bit slow, but it gets the job done. Mostly we just use our phones. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us. We know the security guards and the milkmen in Phase 4. That helps when you need to know what’s really going on with a property. We try to keep things easy. No big speeches or long meetings. Just plain talk about what a place costs and what’s wrong with it. If you want to see a place, we just grab the keys and go. That's how we've always done it. It is just a practical way to run things for everyone.
