Property Junction

You can find Property Junction over at G/124 in the Bijwasan Sushant Shopping Arcade. We are tucked in near Hotel Park Plaza, which most people know in this neighborhood. The shopping arcade is a familiar spot for anyone living around here. We have our little corner at G/124 and it is where we spend most of our time. It is a simple setup, really. We did not want anything too corporate or cold. We handle property matters for people in the Bijwasan area. Sometimes the arcade gets quiet during the middle of the day, which gives us time to catch up on paperwork. Other times, it is quite a rush. Being near Hotel Park Plaza makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming from further away. We know these streets well. We have seen the area change over the years. We just do our work, talk to the locals, and try to be helpful when someone asks about a flat or a plot of land. It is a small team here. We do not have a big reception desk or anything like that. Just some chairs and a table where we can look at maps and documents. It works for us. If you are walking through the arcade, just look for the number G/124. We are usually there unless we are out at a site. It is a decent place to work and we like being near the hotel. Sometimes we walk over there for a quick meeting or just to stretch our legs. There is a lot of walking involved in this job, checking out buildings and meeting owners.
