Property Guru

Our office is located at 19 Sushant Lok Phase I, over in Block C. Most people know where the Peech Tree building is, and we are right near that spot. It’s a handy location because it’s easy to give directions to people who aren’t from around here. We’ve been calling this place home for Property Guru for a while now. The area is always changing, with new shops and people moving in all the time. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workplace where we keep our records and meet with folks. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking through Phase I and checking on things. It’s a good way to stay in touch with what’s actually happening on the ground. We don't like using a lot of fancy talk. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of water and go over the details of whatever property someone is interested in. There are days when the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other days when it's quiet enough to catch up on filing. We like the balance. Being near Peech Tree means there is always a place to grab a quick snack or meet a client for a casual chat. It’s a practical setup for us, and it seems to work for the people we help out with their searches and paperwork.
