Prithvi Estates is based in Faridabad. The address is a bit hard to pin down on some maps, but we are well-known in the local city area. Faridabad is a place that is constantly expanding with new sectors and industrial zones. We spend a lot of time driving around to different parts of the city to see how the new developments are coming along. Our office is a basic setup where we keep our maps and contact lists. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to sit and do the paperwork. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic go by, other days the phone won't stop ringing with people asking about prices in the newer sectors. We’ve seen the city grow from a smaller town into what it is today. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the changes and the new rules for property. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just share what we've seen on the ground. People come to us because we’ve been around and we don't try to push them into things they don't want. It’s just about being honest about what a piece of land is worth or how the neighborhood is changing. We are just regular people working in a busy city. There is always someone looking to build something new or find a house with more space.
