Prime Properties & Constructions

We run Prime Properties & Constructions out of Shop No 48 in the Huda Market of Sector 21A. It’s a well-known spot in Faridabad, especially being so close to the police post. The market is always moving, with people coming for groceries or errands, so we get a lot of foot traffic past our door. Our office is a straightforward space where we deal with property and building stuff. It’s mostly just us, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps and paperwork spread out on the table. We’ve been in Sector 21A for a good while, so we know the local streets and plots pretty well. We don't use any fancy sales talk. Usually, we just sit down with people and talk about what they're looking for or what they want to build. It’s a very local business. We like being in the Huda Market because everything we need is right there. If we need a quick tea or to meet someone, there are plenty of spots nearby. The office itself is small and humble. We don't see the point in having a flashy place when most of our work happens out at sites or talking to people. It’s just how we operate. We show up every morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be part of the community here. It works for us.
