Premier Properties is located in Shop No-66, down in the basement of the Huda Market in Faridabad Sector 15. Being right next to the PNB Bank means people find us pretty easily, even though we are below street level. The market is always packed, so there is never a dull moment. You can hear the noise from the shops above all day long. Our office is a bit small and it doesn’t get much natural light, so we have to keep the tube lights on all the time. It’s a busy little spot. We deal with a lot of local rentals and sales in this part of Faridabad. There are always people dropping in to ask about shop spaces or nearby flats. We have a lot of ledgers and notebooks where we keep track of everything because we still like writing things down. The stairs leading down to us are a bit steep, so you have to watch your step. We’ve got a small kettle for making tea, which we offer to anyone who sits down to talk. It’s a very local operation. We know most of the other shopkeepers in Huda Market by name. We don't have a big corporate setup, just some desks, a couple of computers, and a lot of local knowledge. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but the basement stays cooler than the shops upstairs. We just keep the fan going and get on with it.
