You can find Pranjal Projects Pvt. Ltd. out in Deeghot, which is near the Ghot High School. It’s a bit away from the main hub of Faridabad, out in the Palwal tehsil area of Haryana. We like it out here because there’s a bit more space and it’s not as cramped as the inner city. Our setup is pretty basic. We have an office where we keep all our files and some equipment stored in the back. Being near the school means there’s always some noise during the day, but it’s a good kind of noise. Most of the people working here are locals from the village or nearby towns. We know the roads and the land around here like the back of our hands. We do project work, which means some days are spent in the office and other days we are out at different sites. We don’t bother with suits or ties unless we absolutely have to. Usually, it's just work boots and dusty clothes by the end of the shift. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the plans, get the materials, and start the work. It’s physical and it’s real. When the day is over, we lock up the gate and head home. It’s just how things are done here in Deeghot every day for us.
