We are located right across from Rba College at Nehru Ground in Nit Faridabad, at the address E 40. Perfect Solutions Elevators Escalators is what we call the business because that is exactly what we handle every day. We deal with lifts and those moving stairs, which means we spend a lot of time around greasy parts and heavy metal components. Our office is actually quite small because we are usually out at different job sites around the city. When we are actually in the office, we are mostly looking at technical manuals or calling around for spare parts. Being across from the college makes this area pretty lively during the day, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache if you get here after nine. We have seen Faridabad change a lot over the years from this spot. Our workshop usually has tools scattered around, and there is always a lingering smell of motor oil in the air. It is definitely not a showroom for customers to walk through. It is just where we organize our maintenance schedules and store the equipment. Sometimes the phones ring constantly and other times it is quiet for hours. We just take it as it comes. It is hard, physical work, especially when a lift is broken and people are waiting on us to fix it. We just get on with the job.
