We've been at this spot on Main Mathura Road for a while now. Sector 37 is busy, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is where we spend most of our days talking to people who want to change their jobs or learn something new. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks and computers. Paradox Career Initiatives isn't a big corporation. We're a small team. Someone usually brings in chai around four. We look at a lot of resumes and try to figure out where people might fit. Sometimes it's hard because the market is tough, but we keep at it. Most of the time, we’re just answering emails or taking calls from folks who are stressed about their next career move. We don’t have any grand speeches to give. We just know that people need work and companies need staff. It’s a simple cycle. The traffic outside on the road can get pretty loud during rush hour. If you come by, you might hear the trucks passing. We try to make sense of the mess of career planning for anyone who walks in. It’s practical work. We’ve seen a lot of different people come through these doors. Some are just starting out, others have been working for twenty years. We treat everyone the same way. It's just a job for us, and we try to do it right every single day without making a big fuss about it.
