Paradise Properties

Paradise Properties is located at 26 Sector 22. This is an older part of the town, and we like it that way. The trees are big and the roads are familiar to us. We have been working out of this small office for years now. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning that works all the time, but it serves us well. Most of our work involves helping families find houses in the sector or nearby areas. We also help people who are looking to rent out their extra rooms. Sector 22 has a specific vibe, and we know almost every corner of it. We spend our mornings checking the local listings and our afternoons meeting people for viewings. Sometimes we sit outside on the plastic chairs when the weather is nice. We don't do much advertising because most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We keep our records in simple files. We aren't interested in being the most famous property dealers. We just want to make sure the landlord and the tenant are both okay with the deal. Dealing with property involves a lot of talking and sometimes a bit of arguing over the price. We just stay calm and try to get it sorted. It's a living, and it keeps us connected to the community here.
