Orchid Colors & Shades

Our shop is located at Plot No.2 K/45 in the B. P. Nit area. It isn't a very large place, but it’s enough for what we need to do every day. Orchid Colors & Shades is basically a small team of us working with different pigments and shades. We don't have any of those high-tech automated systems you see in movies. It’s mostly just us using our eyes and some basic tools to get the colors to look the way they should. The building is a bit old and the windows don't always open properly, so it can get quite stuffy in the afternoons. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. There is a lot of dust from the powders we use, so everything has a thin layer of color on it after a while. We don't really have a philosophy or a big plan; we just take the orders as they come in and try to stay on top of the pile. Sometimes we run out of a specific shade and have to wait for the supplier, which can be a bit of a headache for everyone. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and ask a question without feeling like you’re bothering anyone. We keep it simple and just focus on the task at hand.
