You can find us at the 14th Mile Stone on Mathura Road, right on the ground floor. Being in the DLF Industrial Area, Phase I, means things are always moving around On-Dot Couriers & Cargo Ltd. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going all the time. The dust from the road sometimes gets inside, so we are always dusting off the counters. We handle a lot of cargo, some of it quite heavy, so there’s usually a bit of heavy lifting involved. The team is just a group of local guys who know the Mathura Road area like the back of our hands. We don’t use much fancy talk here. If a package needs to go somewhere, we figure out the best way to send it. Our office isn't decorated much, just some maps on the wall and a lot of packing tape. It gets loud with the industrial noise nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend our days checking manifests and making sure the loaders are on schedule. It’s practical work. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just move boxes and crates for people and businesses around here. Sometimes the traffic at Phase I is a nightmare, but we plan around it. It's just the daily grind for us at this location. We’ve been here long enough that the tea seller outside knows exactly how we like our drinks. We're just trying to get things delivered on time.
