Being situated by the Aggarwal College of Education in Hodal gives Omaxe Constraction Ltd. a unique vibe. We are right there in the 121106 area of Faridabad. The office isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and folders for the day's work. We spend a lot of time checking on supplies and making sure the crews have what they need for the next phase. It’s a busy environment. You can hear the college bells and the chatter of people outside all day long. Sometimes we let the students use our phone if they are in a real bind. We aren't a big corporate entity with layers of management and rules. It is just a few of us trying to make sure the buildings go up correctly and stay that way. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because there is always something to fix or a delivery to wait for. The floors are rarely clean because of the mud we track in from the various sites we visit. We don't really mind the mess. It shows we are actually working hard. People in Hodal know they can find us here if they need help with a construction project. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy offices. We just talk plain English and do our best to stay on schedule for the week.
