You can find us at House Number 3531, Block A, in the NIT area of Faridabad. We are based in SGM Nagar, which is a busy part of town. Our business covers a few different things like real estate, building, and even architectural work. It sounds like a lot, but they all go together when you're dealing with property. Time is spent showing people different plots or houses, and then sometimes we end up building on them too. It’s a bit of everything. There isn't a big corporate headquarters here. It’s just a regular building where we handle our daily tasks. Some days we are out in the sun looking at sites, and other days we are sitting inside dealing with piles of documents. Real estate can be tricky with all the paperwork involved, so a good chunk of time goes into making sure that side of things is handled. The construction part is noisier and involves more people. Having been in SGM Nagar for quite a while, we know the streets and the blocks pretty well. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we just show what's available and what can be built. People in the neighborhood know us as the place to go for questions about land or local construction. Things stay pretty informal around here. If you're around Block A, you'll see our sign.
