You’ll find Nutak I Ltd at H. No. 2191-A, which is right near the Modern Public School in the Housing Board Colony of Sector-55, Faridabad. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office feels a bit like a home, which it actually is. Being in Haryana, we get that specific local vibe where everyone knows their neighbors. The Modern Public School is the best landmark to give people when they’re trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been in this Housing Board Colony spot for a good bit of time. The office is basically a few rooms set up with desks and computers. It’s not a skyscraper or a fancy business park. We like it this way because it’s quiet and we can just get on with our work. Some days we have people dropping by, but mostly we’re just busy with the day-to-day operations. Faridabad is a big industrial and residential mix, and Sector-55 is a solid place to be based. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon when we talk to people. We just say what needs to be said. The house is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s comfortable. We handle our business, pay the bills, and keep things simple. It’s just us, working out of a house in a regular Faridabad neighborhood.
