N.P.C.C. Ltd., (A Govt. Of India Enterprise)

N.P.C.C. Ltd. is located over at Plot No. 67-68 in Sector-25, Faridabad. Being a government enterprise, people sometimes expect something different, but inside it’s just a lot of people working hard at their desks. The office is in a pretty industrial part of Haryana, so there is always a bit of noise from the nearby factories and trucks moving on the main road. It’s a large plot, so we have a bit of space, but it’s mostly filled with stacks of files and various equipment. We spend our days dealing with a lot of documents and coordination. The air in Faridabad can get a bit heavy with the factory smoke, so we stay inside mostly. Our routine is pretty fixed. We start early, have our lunch breaks in the common area, and try to keep everything in order. It’s a lot of practical work. The building itself is a standard concrete structure that’s been here for years. You won't find any flashy logos or modern art on the walls here. It’s all about the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait for the backup to kick in while we chat and have some chai. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in Sector-25, making sure the daily operations don't stall. It’s straightforward work in a straightforward place that doesn't need much explaining.
