Northwest Switches is based out of House Number 1920 in Jawahar Colony, which is a busy part of NIT Faridabad. Being part of the Wipro Group means we have some rules to follow, but the actual day-to-day here feels much more like a local operation. The house we work out of doesn't look like a corporate headquarters. It’s a solid building in a neighborhood where people live and shop, so there’s always something happening outside the gate. Inside, we’ve got shelves filled with components and switches, and the air smells a bit like cardboard and electronics. We have a small team here, and everyone pretty much does a bit of everything, whether it’s checking the inventory or answering the landline when it starts ringing off the hook. The Haryana heat can be something else in the middle of summer, so we keep the fans going at full speed all day. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a hub where we organize things and make sure the orders are moving out to where they need to go. We usually eat lunch together at our desks or step out for a quick tea at the corner shop. It’s a straightforward setup without any unnecessary frills. We know the neighbors, they know us, and we just focus on getting the work finished before the evening traffic picks up on the main road.
