Tanmay Fasteners

You can find us at Plot No. 6 in the industrial area, right across from the old East India Cotton Mill. Being in the N.I.T. area means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. We deal with fasteners, so there's always the sound of metal clicking and bins being moved around. It's a noisy place, but we like the energy. We've got a small crew here. Most of us have been working with nuts and bolts for years. It’s simple work, but you have to be careful with the sizes and counts. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit messy when a big shipment comes in, but we eventually get it sorted out. The office is just a corner of the warehouse with a few chairs and a computer that's seen better days. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you stop by, one of us will just come over from the floor to see what you need. The neighborhood is mostly industrial, so there’s always a truck backing up or someone unloading something nearby. We appreciate the grit of this part of town. It feels like real work is happening every day. We don't do much advertising; people mostly find us because they know where Plot 6 is. It’s been our home for a while now, and we don't plan on moving. It is a humble place but it works.
