Nishat Exports (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is located at House Number 179 on the first floor in Sector 14. This is a one-person company, so things are kept quite simple and direct here. Sector 14 is a nice area, mostly residential but with plenty of businesses tucked into the houses and commercial blocks. Operating from the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is usually full of people going about their business. We focus on the export side of things, dealing with the paperwork and the coordination required to send goods abroad. Since it is a smaller setup, I handle most of the tasks myself, from talking to clients to managing the shipping documents. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it means I know exactly what is happening with every order. I don't have a big staff or a fancy boardroom. The work is done at a desk with a computer and a phone, which is all you really need for this kind of trade these days. Most of the day is spent checking on customs regulations or talking to transport companies to get the best rates. It’s a practical way to run a business without the overhead of a massive office. Being in Sector 14 is convenient for getting around and meeting local contacts. I just focus on the task of moving products and making sure everything is done by the book. It’s a straightforward approach to the export business.
