Unifab Enterprises

You can find Unifab Enterprises on the second floor at B-506 in Nehru Ground. We are in the NIT area, quite close to the old Neelam Cinema. That cinema is a bit of a local landmark, so it helps people find our building without too much trouble. We have been working out of this office for quite some time now. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has plenty of character. Our daily routine involves a lot of manufacturing and fabrication talk. We aren't a showroom; it is more of a workspace where we manage our projects and talk to our suppliers. The second floor can get a little warm in the summer, but we have some fans going and we get through it. There is always a lot of activity down in Nehru Ground, with people moving around and other businesses doing their thing. We like being in the middle of it all. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up in the morning, check our lists, and get to work on whatever fabrication job is next on the schedule. Sometimes clients come by to look at samples or discuss a specific design they need for their factory. We just sit down with them and figure it out on a piece of paper. It is a very practical, hands-on way of doing business that we’ve always preferred.
