J. M. Electronics Industries

J. M. Electronics Industries is right over at No. 17 1B/16A in Sidhana Market. Being near Phawra Singh Chowk and the Neelam Cinema Hall means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. The market gets quite loud, especially in the evenings when the movie crowds are out. Our shop is packed with all sorts of electronic components and industrial bits. If you walked in, you would see rows of bins and boxes stacked almost to the ceiling. It can be a bit overwhelming if you do not know what you are looking for, but we usually know exactly which box holds which part. We have been in this part of NIT for years, so we have seen the cinema and the shops around us change quite a bit over time. The building itself is older, and the stairs can be a bit steep when carrying heavy loads. We spend most of our time testing parts or dealing with suppliers who drop off heavy crates in the middle of the floor. It is a practical space, meant for work rather than looking good for visitors. We have a small desk where we do all the billing, and it is usually covered in notes and old receipts. Sometimes the electricity acts up in this part of town, so we keep a few torches handy just in case. It is just how things are here in the market, busy and a bit messy, but we keep at it.
