Our place is located at 1378 on the Soorajkund-Badkhal Road in Faridabad. It’s a well-known road, so we get a fair amount of people just stopping by to ask about what we’re building. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it suits us. We have maps and site plans pinned up on the walls. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We handle the construction and building side of things for Neelpadam. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and checking on materials. We don’t use any of those big marketing slogans. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate with the building schedules. But we’ve lived in Haryana long enough to know how to deal with that. The staff here is like a small family. We’ve worked together for years. We aren't looking to become some massive empire. We just want to keep building solid structures and taking care of our local clients. That’s enough for us. It’s simple and it works. We don't try to overcomplicate things with fancy reports or meetings. We just get out there and build what needs building.
