Investor Plus Developers

We are located over at Plot No. 61 in the Butasingh Complex, which is right near D.S. Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of construction and movement always happening. Investor Plus Developers is just one of the many small offices tucked away in this complex. We have a couple of rooms where we keep all our maps and site plans rolled up in the corners. The furniture is pretty basic and we’ve had the same water cooler for as long as I can remember. People often come in with dirt on their boots from visiting sites, so the floor stays a bit messy no matter how often we sweep it. We spend a lot of time looking at paperwork and talking to contractors on the phone. D.S. Road is usually loud with trucks and cars, so we keep the windows shut most of the time. It gets a bit stuffy, but we have a small fan that helps. We don't really have a big fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting around the main table drinking tea and going over the latest project updates. Most of our work is done out in the field, so the office is mainly a place to catch up on notes and make plans. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been in this complex for years and we know all the other folks who work in the nearby units.
