You can find Nccbm out at Plot No. 34 on the Delhi Mathura Road. We are near the 34 km stone marker in Ballabgarh. It's right along NH-2, so there are always trucks and cars zooming past. The noise of the highway is something you just get used to after a while. Our building is a solid place where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't a retail shop where you just walk in to browse. It is more of a functional site where we handle our specific work. Ballabgarh has grown a lot since we first set up here. The road has changed and the traffic has definitely gotten heavier. We have a small team here. We aren't doing anything flashy. Most days involve looking at technical details and making sure everything is running according to plan. Sometimes the tea lady comes around and that's the highlight of the afternoon. We have been here at this kilometer stone for quite a bit of time now. The office is functional, with old desks and plenty of notebooks. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction on the highway nearby, but we keep things going. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything too shiny. It is just a place of work on the side of a busy road. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day. There is no pretense here, just real work.
