Naukri Center

The Naukri Center is situated on Tigaon Road in Ballabgarh. It’s a pretty simple setup we’ve got here. We aren’t trying to be one of those big, flashy recruitment firms you see in the magazines. Our office is just a basic room with a few desks and some chairs where people can sit while they fill out forms. We spend a lot of time talking to the folks who come in from the local area. Tigaon Road is always busy, so there’s a constant stream of people passing by our window. We’ve got some old filing cabinets where we keep all the paperwork organized, though they squeak every time you open them. There’s a ceiling fan that works hard to keep the air moving during the summer months. We don’t have any corporate slogans or big promises on the walls. We just try to help people find what they’re looking for as best as we can. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the neighborhood well. We take our lunch breaks at different times so someone is always there to answer the door. It’s not a complicated business. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and lock up in the evening. It’s been our routine for a long time now at this spot on Tigaon Road. We just handle the resumes and phone calls as they come in.
