Our office is in Ashdeep Apartments, which is in Sector-21D of Faridabad. It’s a bit different because we are in an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We’ve turned a few rooms into workspaces with desks and computers. It’s actually quite nice because it’s quieter here than in the industrial sectors. We still have plenty of work to do, though. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer, tracking how the construction projects are going at various sites. We have engineers and managers coming by for meetings all the time. Since it’s a residential area, we try to keep the noise down out of respect for the neighbors. We have a small kitchen where we make our own tea and eat lunch. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, but we still work hard to meet our targets. The walls are covered with project schedules and technical drawings. Sometimes it feels like we’re always playing catch-up with the paperwork, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don't put on any acts here; we just do what needs to be done. It’s a comfortable place to work from, and it suits the way we operate. If you come by, you’ll just see a group of regular people working through their daily tasks. It’s a simple setup that works well for our needs.
