We are located at Plot No. 67-68 in Sector-25, which is a big industrial area in Faridabad. It’s a wide-open space compared to some of our other locations. Being out here means we have more room for the equipment and for the staff to move around. The office is right there on the plot, so we can see what’s going on at all times. It gets pretty loud with the machinery and the trucks coming in and out, but that’s the sound of work being done. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different departments and making sure the supplies are arriving on schedule. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in construction, and my desk is usually buried under a pile of it. We have a small crew here, and everyone knows their role. We don't really do formal meetings; we just talk over the hoods of cars or while walking across the lot. It’s a very practical way of doing things. The sun can get really hot out here in the summer, so we all tend to start pretty early to beat the heat. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially when there are delays or the weather doesn't cooperate. But we just keep at it, day after day. It’s a solid place to work if you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty now and then.
