Our spot is over in B-212/468 in N.I.T. Faridabad. If you know the area, you know it’s pretty packed with all sorts of small businesses and shops. We’ve been operating from here for quite some time. It’s a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just shelves and boxes everywhere. We handle various products, and the inventory changes almost every week. The morning starts with checking what arrived late the night before. Usually, there's a lot of sorting to do. We don't really have a huge staff, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customers or checking the lists to make sure nothing got missed. The noise from the street outside is constant, but you get used to it after a week. We usually keep the back door open for a breeze, even if it brings in some dust. It's a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with glass walls. We just focus on the items we have and getting them where they need to go. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy, but we eventually find what we’re looking for. It’s just how things are around here in the N.I.T. neighborhood.
