We’ve been here at Ashoka Enclave-Iii for a good while now. Sector-35 is a busy part of Faridabad, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Most days, the office is just a place where we pile up blueprints and try to keep the coffee machine running. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done when we aren't out at a site. Our team consists of people who grew up around here, so we know the local roads and how the weather affects the work. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it's just us quiet, staring at spreadsheets. Dealing with construction projects involves a lot of back and forth with suppliers and making sure the trucks show up where they are supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination, really. We usually have lunch together in the small break area, talking about everything but work. If you walk into 449, you’ll probably see a bit of dust because that’s just the nature of what we do. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. It's just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. People come in and out all day, mainly engineers and guys from the site needing signatures. It gets a bit hectic towards the end of the month when deadlines approach. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It’s a simple setup we have here.
