We operate from a space in Old Faridabad, specifically near the Arya Samaj Mandir in Sector-19. Our setup is actually inside House No. 1011, where Ajeet Kumar Maurya and Sahil Khan manage the daily routines. It’s more of a home-office environment than a big industrial plant. We have another spot over at Plot No. 43 in Sector-28A, but a lot of the coordination happens right here in the residential lanes. It can be a bit tight when we have boxes piled up near the door, waiting to be sent out. The street outside is narrow, so we have to be careful when loading things onto the small trucks that come by. Being near the mandir means we hear the bells and the morning prayers while we are checking our shipping lists. We don't have a big sign outside or a glossy lobby. Usually, there’s just a fan humming in the background and someone typing away on a laptop. We handle a lot of emails and phone calls to keep the export side of things moving along. It gets very hot in Haryana during the summer months, so we keep the curtains drawn to stay cool while we work. It is a practical way to run things without spending too much on a fancy building. We just focus on the orders and making sure the addresses on the labels are correct before the courier arrives at the door to pick them up.
