Our shop is located in Sanjay Colony over in Faridabad, specifically at MCF-3920 in Sector-23A. If you know Haryana, you know this is a pretty industrial area where everyone is making something or fixing something. We are Venus Stampings, so we spend most of our time with metal parts and stamping machines. The noise of the machinery is something you just get used to after the first few days. It is a dusty area, and there is always a truck or a tempo trying to navigate the narrow lanes around the colony. We mostly keep our heads down and work through the orders that come in. The heat from the machines makes the workshop quite warm, especially in June, but that’s just the nature of this kind of work. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything; it’s just the factory floor and a small office where the files are kept. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of the daily routine in Faridabad. Our workers live nearby, and we’ve been part of this little industrial pocket for a good while. We do the stampings, pack them up, and get them sent out to whoever needs them. It’s basic, hard work, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just focus on the machines and the metal, trying to keep up with the schedule every single week.
