Our workshop and office are located at C-538 in the Dabua Colony area of NIT Faridabad. It’s a pretty industrial part of town, which suits us just fine because we’re always working with auto parts and machinery. The air around here usually smells like grease and metal, which is something you just get used to when you work in this trade. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and most of the neighbors know us by name. The office itself is just a small room partitioned off from the main workspace so we can keep the invoices and orders dry and clean. It’s not a quiet place to work, with the sound of tools and engines going most of the day. We have a crew of mechanics and clerks who just get on with things. We don't have a dress code or a big human resources department. If someone has a problem, we just talk it out over a quick lunch. Faridabad is a tough place to work sometimes, especially when it gets really hot in the summer, but we keep the machines running and the parts moving out the door. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny building or expensive brochures. We just focus on the parts we make and make sure they’re done right. It’s basic, hard work, and that’s the way we like to keep it every single day.
