Being over in Lalit Gola, Faridabad, keeps us right in the middle of all the industrial action. Haryana is a tough place for business sometimes, but it’s where we are rooted. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or finding decent parts when something snaps. It’s not like those big corporate offices in Delhi with glass walls. Here, it’s mostly concrete and metal. People here have worked with us for a long time, so we all know each other’s families and stories. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. Mostly, we are just focused on the orders we have to get out. Sometimes the traffic in Faridabad makes logistics a bit of a headache, but you get used to it. The area is always noisy, but that’s just how an industrial zone is. We just try to keep things steady. No one here is wearing a suit. It’s more about getting your hands dirty and making sure the quality is okay before anything leaves the gates. Just a local business trying to stay busy and keep everyone paid throughout the year.
