M/S Omaxe Ltd (N.Delhi)

M/S Omaxe Ltd (N.Delhi) is actually run out of a flat in Noida, specifically Flat No. 319 in the Oriental Insurance Co-Op Housing Society. It is in Sector 62, which is a pretty well-known area. Working out of a housing society is a bit different than a standard office building. You have the security gate to deal with, and sometimes the parking is a bit tight for visitors. The flat itself has been converted into a working space where we handle different Omaxe related tasks. It’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and a small area where we can sit down and talk. Since it is a residential complex, it stays relatively quiet during the day compared to the main roads outside. We spend most of our hours looking over documents or coordinating with the main office. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which isn't great in the summer. It’s a very local way of working. Most of our neighbors are just families living their lives, so we try to keep things low-key. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things from here. It’s a practical setup for the team we have. Noida Sector 62 has plenty of places to grab lunch nearby, which is a plus for us. We've been operating from this society flat for a bit now and it works.
