M/S Modern Builders

We are located over at B-62/C in Ashoka Enclave-11. That is in Sector 37 here in Faridabad. If you know the area, it's a busy part of town with a lot of houses and people moving about. We’ve been running M/S Modern Builders from this office for a while now. It’s not a huge place, just a regular spot in the enclave where we keep our papers and meet people. Faridabad has changed a lot since we started, with buildings going up everywhere you look. We spend most of our time out on sites, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. We aren't the kind of people who wear suits or sit in meetings all day. Usually, we have dust on our boots and a lot of things on our minds. Working in construction means dealing with a lot of different things like weather and delays, so we just take it as it comes. Ashoka Enclave is a decent place to be based because it's central enough for us to get around. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. It’s just a door with our name on it. Most of the folks around Sector 37 know us by now. We just try to stay busy and keep our heads down. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. That is just how life goes for us.
