M/S. M.B. Malls Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is in Faridabad, over in Bed Ram Colony. We are on Street Number 7, near Palla Number 1. It’s close to Sector 37, which is a busy part of town. M.B. Malls might sound like we’re a big shopping center, but this is our administrative side where the real work happens. The area is quite industrial and busy, with trucks and bikes going past all the time. Our office is a simple building in the colony. It’s not polished or shiny. We have a few rooms for the management and the staff. Most of the day is spent dealing with vendors and planning out new developments. Haryana gets cold in the winter and really dusty in the summer, so we’re always cleaning the desks. We’ve got a small group working here. Everyone knows their job. We don’t do big meetings with PowerPoint; we usually just talk across the room or over a cup of tea. It’s a practical way to run things. The neighbors are mostly families and other small businesses, so it feels like a community. We’ve been at this address for a while and people in the area know us. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy brochures. We just focus on the building projects we have going on. It’s a bit noisy sometimes because of the construction nearby, but we like the energy of the place. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
