Bholasingh Jaiprakash Construction Ltd. is run from House No. 160 in Sector 15 A, Faridabad. It’s a residential area, so our office has a bit of a homey feel to it. We’ve been operating out of this part of Haryana for a long time. Construction is what we know. We don't have a big flashy building with glass walls. We just have this house where we keep the records and meet our partners. Sector 15 A is a decent place to be. It’s quiet enough that we can get our work done without too much distraction. We are a family-oriented type of company, not a cold corporation. A few of us sit here and manage the different sites we have going on. We don't use a lot of fancy terminology. We just talk about materials, labor, and deadlines. That’s what matters to us. Most of the people we work with are locals or people who have been in the industry as long as we have. We don't have a marketing department. If you need to find us, you just look for House 160. It’s straightforward and practical. We spend our time making sure the projects are moving forward. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We just keep things simple and try to be honest about the work. That’s our way of doing things here in Faridabad. It works for us.
