We operate Motherson Sumi System Ltd out of our facility in Faridabad. We’re located at 436 Block-B in Sector-7. It’s a pretty standard industrial area, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist or anything like that. It’s mostly just space for the work we do every day. We focus on the systems and components side of the business. It’s a lot of technical work and keeping track of production schedules on our boards. We aren't into big marketing talk or trying to sound more important than we are to the outside world. We’re just a bunch of people working in Faridabad to get the job done right. The neighborhood is mostly other businesses and workshops, so we fit right in with the rest of the sector. Some days are much busier than others, especially when we have big shipments going out to the clients. We just try to keep things simple and efficient without making it complicated. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the parts are moving through the system correctly from start to finish. Being in Sector-7, we are easy enough to find if you know the area well. We’ve got a solid team here who knows the ropes and doesn't need much supervision. We don't use any corporate jargon or have any big mission statements. We just show up every morning and put in the work. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we focus on what needs to be done. It is hard work, but we like it.
