Mod Fashion

We are based at No. 4069 on the ground floor. It is in K-block of Sector 49, which is part of Sainik Colony Ipz Extension. The shop is called Mod Fashion. It is a pretty straightforward place. We do not have any big flashing signs or anything like that. When you walk in, you just see the racks and the counter where we sit. The building is a standard one for this part of the colony. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people walking by. Some are just heading home and others are out for a stroll. Sainik Colony is a quiet enough area but Sector 49 can get a bit more active in the evenings. We keep the doors open most of the time to let the air in. There is a small space in the back where we keep extra stock. We spend a lot of time just folding things and making sure everything is in its place. It is not a high-end boutique with soft music. It is just Mod Fashion. The neighbors are friendly and we often chat with the shop owners next door. It feels like a small community here. We have been in this spot for some time now. The routine is mostly the same every day. We open up, tidy the floor, and wait for people to stop by. Sometimes the kids from the colony run past and make a lot of noise.
