Miglani Paints Hardware Store

We have been running Miglani Paints Hardware Store on Railway Road for quite a long time now. The shop is tucked away on Parvesh Marg, and if you are looking for us, we are right near Gupta Paints, which most people in this neighborhood know. It is not a very large place, but we try to keep the shelves packed with whatever people might need for their homes. Most days are pretty much the same. We open up early, sweep the front, and wait for the first customers to wander in. Sometimes it is just a neighbor looking for a single nail or someone who needs a whole bucket of white paint because they decided to fix up a room last minute. The traffic on Railway Road can get pretty loud, especially with the rickshaws and the bikes constantly going past our door. We spend a lot of time organizing and reorganizing the stock because stuff always gets moved around. It is dusty work, and our hands are usually a bit stained from the hardware or the mixing. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. It is just a regular local shop where we know many of the faces who come through the door. Usually, we are just sitting here, maybe having some tea, and helping folks find the right size of pipe or a specific tool they lost. It is just how we do things here.
