Microtek International India Pvt Ltd operates out of Sidhana Market in the N I T area of Faridabad. This place is more of a hub for moving boxes and handling equipment than anything else. We are located at 1/6 A, and it stays pretty busy with vehicles coming in and out of the market area all day long. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by stacks of crates and electronic units that need to be sorted. It is a very industrial part of town, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks idling nearby. The staff here mostly wears plain work clothes because we are always moving things around or checking serial numbers on the inventory. It is not a showroom where you come to look at pretty displays. It is a practical workplace where we get the orders ready and make sure the paperwork is sorted out on the clipboards. The air in Sidhana Market can get a bit heavy with the smell of exhaust and metal, but we are used to it by now. We take our tea breaks sitting on the packing crates or standing near the entrance to get a bit of a breeze. Even though the name sounds big, the daily reality here is just a group of us working through the piles of equipment and making sure everything goes where it is supposed to go. It is a lot of repetitive work but it keeps the NIT branch running smoothly enough for our needs.
